Why Bheka
Most network monitoring is cloud-only, metered by sensor, and separates your clients at the account tier. Bheka takes the opposite position on all three.
Two clients running the same 10.0.0.1 never collide. Separation is enforced in the database itself rather than in the dashboard, so a scoping bug in application code still can't return another tenant's row.

Categories rather than named products, because the answer varies by tier and edition. Bheka's own config governance is marked partial on purpose: backup and version history are shipped, but config push and rollback stay behind a feature flag until the promotion evidence is complete. You should be able to price a client estate in your head before you ever speak to us. So there's one rate, per device per month, and it's on this page.

Billed monthly on the devices you actually monitor. Free for the whole private beta, and you'll see the rate before billing ever starts. Prices exclude VAT and any local sales taxes.
Topology, flow, config backup, dashboards, alerting, identity and audit. No higher tier to buy, no module to bolt on.
Interfaces, sensors, flows, dashboards and operator seats aren't metered. A 48-port switch is one device, same as everything else.
Billed monthly on what you actually monitor. Estates grow and shrink, and the bill follows both ways.

What Bheka deliberately is not. Bheka is a network monitoring system, not an RMM. It doesn't patch endpoints, remote-control desktops or proxy SSH, RDP and VNC sessions. That's a decision, not a gap. It sits alongside your RMM and covers the network layer that shallow SNMP polling can't reach.
Beta programme
Bheka is pre-production, and we're onboarding a handful of MSPs at a time so each one gets real engineering attention.
Rough device count, the vendors you carry, what you run today. Two minutes. No call.
Your tenant goes live on our infrastructure the same day. You deploy one lightweight collector per client site. Nothing else to run.
Beta is free while it lasts. All we ask is honest feedback on where it falls short.
We reply to every request, usually within two working days.
Security & privacy
Tenant data is separated in the database rather than in the application, so a scoping mistake in application code cannot return another tenant's rows.
Shipped controls: MFA, role-based access control, per-tenant OIDC single sign-on, scoped API tokens, and an audit log with retention and CSV export. Platform backups run on a schedule and are restore-tested.
Bheka is pre-production and holds no third-party security certification today. If that changes it will be stated here and on the capability board, and not before.

The beta form collects your name, work email, company, rough device count, what you monitor with today, and anything you write in the notes field.
It reaches us as an email and is not written to a database. We use it to reply to you about the beta, and for nothing else. We do not sell it or pass it on.
This site runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts, and loads nothing from another domain. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
